A series of plating agents that convert liquid flavours, oils and actives into dry, free-flowing powders. Each grade carries a different absorption capacity and a different sensory profile, so the system is matched to the liquid being plated and to the finished blend it goes into.
The range covers the full span, from delicate flavours and extracts where the carrier must stay out of the way, through to heavy oils and dense oleoresin systems that need a high liquid load held in a dry, mobile powder. Across all grades, the powder disperses evenly, stays free-flowing and holds together in the blend without clumping or separation.
